Pasteli "Michel" is produced by the Bamiedakis family, which sources its ingredients from local sesame seeds and the finest Greek honey on the beautiful island of Crete. With the use of special roasting techniques, this Pasteli has excellent nutritional value-rich in vitamin E, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and iron.
