Tirokafteri (Spicy Feta Dip)

Spicy. Creamy. Greek. 🔥 Tirokafteri (spicy feta) is the dip you didn't know you needed. Our version lets our Green Chili Oil bring the heat — bright, grassy, and herbaceous, folded right into the feta. A few minutes, one bowl, done.

Ingredients

• 6 oz Greek feta
• 2 tbsp Primis Imports Green Chili Oil
• Dried herbs, for garnish

Instructions

1. Add the feta to a bowl and mash with a fork until creamy.
2. Pour in the Green Chili Oil and mix until smooth and spreadable.
3. Garnish with dried herbs and serve.
